My name is Whitney Barnett. I am married to Coach Jason Barnett, and together we have four children. Our children's activities and our involvement at CHS keep us busy, but we love being part of such a wonderful community. When I am not at the school cheering on my Wildcats, you can find me at the beach, in the woods, or taking spontaneous trips on the weekend. 

I am beginning my 14th year as a teacher and my 11th year here at CHS. This place is truly the best kept secret of Mobile County. Citronelle is the place to be! I graduated from The University of South Alabama with a degree in secondary education/language arts. I am currently teaching English 11, honors English 11, AP Language & Composition, and AP Literature & Composition. In addition to working with your children in the classroom, I am the ELA Dept. Chair, Varsity Cheerleading coach, Varsity Tennis coach, and Prom Committee Chair.
